Dude, Dynasty is where I read the 90% of my yuri consume, I even have an account on it.When I found it was like "extreme nosebleed". It's awesome, not only for the content but for how it works I would say is one of the best online manga-readers.
And yes, I see what you say: a lot of clubs haven been "dead" de facto since the moment they were created, although they are technically active, most of them for it's own nature. Is what I want to avoid with that project: don't create a club of nowhere, planning it well with a "management team".

Anyway, nope, the club is not created, and all the questions you have (what stuff would we be doing there......) are questions myself I have: I need to gather a team of future administrators to design all that stuff (until now the project have been quite diffuse). I mean, every club has faced that questions: for example, I saw a club for bakas recently, what kind of stuff they do? What kind of stuff they had been planned to do when they created it? I don't know, baka stuff?

Hey redemption, let me suggest you something: if you go my profile's comment section you will find the remains of a heavy fight I got with a fujoshi who had been arguing in some clubs that every guy who read yuri do it for perverted reasons (that's the origin of the second part of my profile's description). She really pissed my off: Since then myself and a friend of mine have been planning of doing a "non perverted yuri fanboy society" or something like that (a club). But he is a sucker¬ .¬ Well, I want to up the project again: want to be administrator? ;)
