Incredible! Although I did not like that much Elfen Lied, it was mostly because I am no that into gore. As you said, I have a bunch of manga that I read when I was a child. As a person that lives in Uruguay it is really difficult to find translated manga (even though there was a massive income in the manga industry in the previous years). This is why I started reading mangas like "Highschool of the dead", "Gals!" Or "Hayate no Gotoku!". However, when I really started liking manga was when I first read "Kamisama Dolls", which suddenly became my favorite manga of all times. Hopefully, this was by the time I discovered "Mushishi", so it definitely came along with my seinen taste. Which is your favorite manga genre?
Commonly, when I was a kid I used to watch Dragon Ball and Saint Seiya all day long. However, the real anime that peak my curiosity and got me into this formidable community was Death Note. Indeed, was more or less arround the fall of 2012 when I started watching it. However, the anime which I started forging my "anime taste" was when I watched "Mushishi" which despite not having a really heavy plot, its world, narrative, and stories are developed in such a good way that since that time I'm really into seinen likewise anime and manga. Do you have an anime/manga that made you feel in the same way I did?
