Well yeah I can't really help it :P, but I do that only when I have time to relax, I usually binge watch series that are 12 episodes long or if they are longer, then I watch as much as I can at holidays or days off :D
But at everyday life i watch about 5-8 episodes and stop somewhere that doesn't have a cliffhanger ending. after all 6 episodes is only 2 hours which really isn't much time.
