Yeah, but cardio can be soo tiring/exhausting! But the heart's a muscle too! Do you go to the gym or exercise at home?
No worries, some progress is better than none! :-) Yeah muscle is heavier than fat so it can look like you've gained fat if you just go by what is said on the scale when you've gained muscle (happened to me lol). Your diet's good too? Alrighty, sounds like a plan! Good luck! :-)
