If you want something really scary you should try the youtube series Marble Hornets. It's not an anime.. it's kind of the same first-person camera style like Blair Witch Project and Cloverfield.. and it's super super good. It's kind of slow-paced though so be prepared for that.. try watching it at night with the lights turned off.. good luck.. xD

School Days was horrible XD I hate Makoto more than the devil himself! But the ending was kind of satisfying.

But yeah, I still have hope for a good end for Clannad.

Yup, the clannad anime is not living to its expectations, KyoAni are starting to lose their touch.
And I'm still waiting for people to translate the games, I can't read JP yet :/

It's true but remember that Air is an eroge, and it's long. I think even a 26 ep series is barely enough to fit all the game into. That's why the movie seemed inferior to the TV series.

Although the movie had good art work.

I liked the ending of the TV series more. Having Yukito as a crow is better IMHO. But regarding the movie, it mainly focused on Misuzu's arc and the Air arc. The dream and summer arc were almost butchered. That's why the TV series was much better.

Although all critics and some fans praise it, but among the normal fans, it's not that well appreciated. The movie was extremely condensed hence it wasn't as good as the TV series, although it had many good points. However, due to the bittersweet ending of the story, little people enjoyed it. And that's for the better IMHO, only people with a good level of intelligence enjoyed it.

I have to confess, you have very very odd tastes o.o
It's rare to find people who like eroge-adaptations alongside with shounen stuff. Even for people who like everything. I have to say, you have a good eye for anime ;)
