Sorry I removed you, I'm not really active on MAL anymore and was just cleaning my friend list a bit. Since are last conversation was from 2019, I wasn't really expecting a message back anymore sorry 😅
Probably, I don't know much about them myself, but they are named Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone and then 2.0 etc.
If you watch them, let me know if they are worth watching. ^^
I see, shame I disliked the ending from the anime as well, but the the movie did gave me better closure. In the end it's still an open an vague ending, but I guess that fits the way the show was heading. Well in the end I will probably only remember the robot fight scenes and depression.
There are more anime's around NGE, do you plan on watching them as well?
Very clear!, I was gonna say if you are not satisfied with the ending, Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion, could offer a solution, but I guess it didn't as well?
Just read your review on eva, and I understand where you're coming from. But there's a pretty self-explanatory reason as to why the final episodes, specifically 25th and 26th were "lackluster" or in your case, disappointing. During the production of the last episodes, a big sarin gas attack had occured that killed 12 and injured 50, which ultimately led to the decline of production value and budget saved for the staff of Gainax. Further explanation can be found here.
I'm not here to defend eva for that aspect at all, if anything, I appreciated those final episodes the most out of the show. But that's just me obviously.
I'm only here to inform you this: do watch end of evangelion. It will provide more closure to the story of the original, and it really focuses on explaining most of:
the human instrumentality project
Not gonna argue if the ending of the movie will give you more satisfying conclusion to the plot or not. But it's still something you should expecience, especially considering your only critique to the show was the plot itself.
I see I think the dub was pretty good from what I've heard, but I always go with sub, because Japanse it the language of anime for me. The dialogue is indeed pretty mature. I'm curious what you think off it when you've seen more of it.
I know, I was already packing to go camping, no be seriously it was one of the most comfy anime's I've seen. If you ever feel stressed or something this anime can make you feel relaxed. I can't wait for season 2. ^^
Well I like controversial stuff, and it's supposed to be controversial, so I'm not to worried. I've also never dropped an anime and will never, I'm far to curious on how things will end. I will!
I heard and I should, I'm gonna keep it in mind. I've said it before, but since it's not on MAL I always forget to watch it whenever I'm searching for something to watch ^^'
Nice, both are really good and unique anime, I liked both. Let me know what you thought of them or think of them so far.
I'm not watching anything right now, bit busy with some other luckily fun stuff, I plan on watching School Days next, I know how it ends already, but I'm just curious about it, even though it's supposed to be pretty bad. :)
Doing good, thanks for asking!
Not exactly, when I choose the picture I had no idea it was Ruby, until someone told me.
I do know a little bit about the RWBY games and series, but never saw it. I just choose it because I loved her smile
It very warm and gentle.
So what anime/manga are you currently working on? :)
