Regarding this comment of yours in your Re:Zero review, it was actually delved more in the 2nd season, so yeah, there's more character development stuff there. Not saying that you should watch it, since you didn't like season 1 lol, just informing. The first season is kind of like a prologue to the whole story, so it's more of an introduction to the characters and the world (the source material is quite long and is still ongoing). Also, the point of Subaru dying and reviving isn't really something to put you in edge if it will be the last one or not. It's more on seeing the character's different sides to them, having character-building and exposition.
I'm not saying this stuff to change your mind about the show, just pointing out some stuff in your review that I noticed.

This show was good to watch but hella empty.

Hey great write up review on Oshimi's Lily its far better than mine. Despite being a fan of Oshimi i didn't really understand this one-shot by him. Your review comprehends it damn near perfectly. Maybe the sex threw me off badly. Great review it'll be awesome if you'll do more in the future. Props.
