Well, it has slice of life in its genre, so gotta admit its sorta slow, but recently there has been some developments with her power indicating wrong future and a guy appearing with the exact same power. Although, its mostly about saving people even though they hate the MC, also its not at all a dark series. And her past hasnt been shown but its pretty clear something happened to her mom when she didnt use her power, also her dad is a badass doctor who hates her, but the exact reason as to why is never shown. And some of her close friends know about her powers and even supports the MC.

All in all, its an above average series not anything ground breaking, you can read it if u dont have anything else to read. Also, imho, its actually better than Mieruko chan which has already received an anime adaptation, cause Mieruko chan gets sorta repetitive afterwards, well even Usotsuki is repetitive at the beginning but the author is trying to progress things.

So, its up to you man, the manga has just started so you can either give it some time and pick it up later or give it a read now as its pretty short, you will be done in 2 hrs or less.

For satisfying ending, it depends on everyone's own enjoyment.Even tho I liked the ending, I'm not fully satisfied, as it didn't go as I wanted. But yeah author tried to pull thro.
