No problem! I love Gakuen Alice, and I reread every so often too. It’s pretty underrated. Maybe because the anime is drastically different from the latter half of the manga. :o Haha so surprising to hear people still read my Sugar Rune review, but my feelings are the same.

So pretty far into the Twelve Kingdoms, been enjoying it so much. Man I got hooked on it and I'm already at episode 39 lol, as a heads up that's pretty much the end, episodes 40-45 is a mini-arc but the show got cancelled before going any further so it just kinda ends after that. Really good stuff though.

Yea ngl I'm really excited to watch it now, I know i'll love it, lol honestly might move it up a couple places on the watchlist. Glad you're enjoying it though! Can also definitely relate to having stressful exams lol. My plan to watch is full of alot of gems so if you ever want anything else to watch don't hesitate to ask! Also see you finished Princess Tutu, I need to watch that still as well

Hey again, so I finally finished Erin, and all I can say was wow. The last 12 episodes were nothing short of narrative masterclass. They definitely saved budget for that last arc because the increase in production quality, could tell there was much better shot composition and more dynamic cuts in general. What fantastic payoff that definitely makes the episode count worth it. Nothing felt rushed even with the tonal shift occurring near the end, everything was paced really well for the most part. The politics and interpersonal relations were handled extremely well in my opinion. A little caveat though they did overdo it a bit with all the flashbacks lol. But yea all in all thought it was fantastic.

Funny enough you mention mokku and nukku, because the episode I left off on was their introduction.. But yes, I can definitely say I'm currently enjoying the characters. I know I've seen others say they found Erin annoying early on but I'd disagree with that, I have no problems with her so far, and I know there's more development that occurs later on. But yeah, I will get back to you when I finish. Have you seen the Twelve Kingdoms? If you haven't I feel like that's something you'd enjoy, and I plan to watch it myself. I also see you added A Place Further Than the Universe to your PTW, it is very good, and you'll most likely enjoy it as well.

The second season of tokyo ghoul which is known as tokyo ghoul √A is really boring but the 3rd and 4th season are better than season 2

even i have heard a lot that tokyo ghouls manga is much better than anime

I may read acca 13 but i dont think i will be reading ascendance of the bookworm cuz i dont watch or read shows like that

Same here even i was not much interested in romance, slice of life, shoujo, mecha, thriller, horror, sci-fi and mystery i started watching them last year. i used to mostly watch shounen

I do agree with the fact that blue exorcist is an average show in comparison with the top shows of shounen like hxh, aot, one piece, dbz, bleach, naruto etc. But still i think its worth watching and is not a boring show. tell me what u think.

to start off the anime recommendation i will give some romance anime : golden time ( its an nice romance anime with a bit of drama and its story is very unique), clannad ( it has 2 season, this is a romance anime with a lot of slice of life and drama and a bit of supernatural stuff here and there, there are few more things which makes clannad stand out from a regular romance, SoL and drama)

here are some action anime: Twinstar exorcist ( its an anime where the protagonist are forced into a relation and later on they start to like each other and as its an action it has a lot of action too) Blue exorcist ( it has 2 season, the main character r the twin brothers who r the son of the demon king satan) Darling in the Franxx ( its an mecha, action and romance anime with a bit of drama, the plot is set in a future society where a team of teenage boy and a girl drive a mecha known as franxx to defeat monster and all the teenagers are told that they were created for that purpose and things regarding reproduction r hidden and prohibitted)

Try them and then tell me how were they and if u need more just ask me

hmm I enjoy slow shows where most of the content is around self monologue or 2 characters talking. Idk if you will enjoy them but the first one is Oregairu. It is considered a 'shounen romance'. Tbh there is not much romance and its more about how someone tries to break free from the fake ideals they have blinded themselves with. Thats why my fav character from the show is the girl who helped him with it and not the 2 main female characters. I used the plot of this show so many times for my english essays and it always worked lmao. Next one is march comes in like a lion. It is about a 18 year old professional shogi player learning to become human after accidently meeting which 3 sisters who lost their parents. Honestly, this show is so wholesome and my favorite slice of life and the characters are so lovable and relatable. It deals with topics such as depression and bullying and is present really realistically. The show makes you want to smile when the characters smile and cry when the characters cry. Another great slice of life is A place further than the universe. This show was my favorite show that aired during winter 2018 and was the highlight of my week. So the premise is pretty simple. some cute girls doing cute things while going on their journey to Antarctica. but during the trip all the girl learn to face their individual problem and insecurities they learn to grow stronger together and it is really heart warming. Idk if you would like this one but bloom into you is my far my favorite anime romance. I don't have a problem reading/ watching yaoi but hopefully you give this yuri a chance. The story is about the main character is unable to feel any romantic love from anyone until she meets the school presidents who asks her out and asks to never fall in love with her. As the show goes on, the two characters learn to grow closer which learning about each other. This was also the first manga I read and it is also really good
I prefer reading ln/wn over manga and some of my favorite are mushoku tensei and the beginning after the end which my favorite mangas are love is war and 3 days of happiness. Both of the light novels are issekai/ fantasy and are good reads if you have time. both the mangas are romance. The love is war manga is a masterpiece and is such a well written manga. 3 days of happiness is a really short manga that I would pay stupid money to see it get mroe chapters. it is kinda slow at first but it gets better
