Yay pick it up because Rewrite is definitely worth the read. I am surprised that you did not find Chihaya route enjoyable since a lot of people enjoyed it, but to be completely honest it is missing the key element that was present in Kotori route. Aside from that I did not find moon very enjoyable since it lacked something and felt oddly forced, but once you get to TERRA get ready for the stream works because it was sad.
I cant even give you a personal ranking for each character route because none of the routes were similar to each other and they felt like they came out of a different visual novels merged together in one. This is what I think about each route.
Kotori route was very sad since it was all despair
Akane route was very depressing
Chihaya route you get to beat up everything
Shizuru route was uplifting and will make you what
Lucia route has the best dating scene in any visual novel I played but when you get to her ending she becomes a huge

Seiyuu Trivia DID YOU KNOW…The Nojima Brothers Growing up with a famous seiyuu father, the Nojima boys had no intention of becoming seiyuus. NojiNii went off to be an all-purpose super media creator and that’s what triggered the switch in NojiKen to go to Tokyo to try for something similar, he wanted to do things in the media and tried out for Aoni Production. And it took him awhile to figure out that Aoni Production was a SEIYUU AGENCY :D!!! When NojiKen started to become busy as a seiyuu, NojiNii thought “I’m the older brother I can do what he can!” So he also went for an audition and failed horribly. They told him he was awful (yup hard to believe). But he says that it helped him becoming the seiyuu he is now. He is in the same agency as his father, Sigma Seven and there are times when a call comes in asking for a “Nojima-san” and they have to ask which one? LOL! To this NojiKen replies “Thank God I chose a different agency” XD.

I played the visual novel and it's obviously better. They basically rushed all the routes because they spent 10 episodes trying to get everyone together. I hope the second season is an improvement.
