I just finished do-over damsel and it'spretty fun to watch. for this season I'm still waiting for it to be finish since I love to binge watch haha.
what animes do you recommend me watching this season if you're watching some? :3
im doing good, how bout you? ☺️
I am watching the remake of Rurouni Kenshin. Some people say that the original was better, but this version is not half as bad tbh.
Fair warning though: Unless you're really into Japanese history, the show might feel like meh to you.
Personally, I got to it based on the reputation that it has among fans, however, honestly, if I didn't start it, I probably wouldn't have cared for it AT ALL.
It's not completely bad, but it's not the show to keep me wanting more.
All in all, this is just my opinion, you though make up your own based on your preferences.
Have a great day :)
Of course I'm watching the 2nd season of both The Apothecary Diaries & Solo Levelling, the new season of Link Click, along with at least a dozen of new animes (just check my list) XD
I'm also continuing ReZero, Blue Box & Rurouni Kenshin from the Autumn season.
Might I please make a recommendation?
If you like the shojo genre, then try these:
1- Douse, Koishite Shimaunda. (100% shojo romance).
2- Kuroiwa Medaka ni Watashi no Kawaii ga Tsuujinai (Romance with extra cute vibes & funny moments).
Have a nice evening :)
How do you do?
Thanks for accepting the friend request!
Which animes are you excited for this season?
Have a great day :)
Happy new year to you. Wishing you a good fortune and luck and success for the year.
Ah the theme park I see...hope you had fun. And nope, haven't been to alton towers 😅. But I've been to theme parks and they're fun lol
Really? Who did you give your vote to? I bet it must've been fun to cast your first vote, well hopefully the people we're electing to govern the state/country does good work and brings change in terms of development.
Anyways hope you're doing well. 😊
Well, the serialization has just begun in August, so I guess the anime adaptation isn't happening anytime soon haha. For now I'm just happy that volume 1 sold well in Japan, so the series hopefully will not get axed. I was afraid that could happen since Empyreal Cabinet is definitely an odd one out in its genre since it's a battle shonen that's not entirely... well... battle-oriented.
Wait, is Arslan Senki really a full-blown fantasy? I know it has magic and stuff, but I thought it was set in like ancient Persia or something?? It's not like it matters too much, I'm just a sucker for anything historical 😅 It has been sitting in my ever-expanding Plan to Watch list for quite a while, maybe it's time to finally give it a watch!
Yes, actually I am! I've recently gotten heavily into a manga series called Empyreal Cabinet. It's one of those anti-monster corps battle shonen manga set in an alt-history version of modern-day Japan, but it has a unique twist: it mixes up supernatural action with political thriller and palace drama. You got your usual dose of sorcerers fighting monsters, but a major part of each chapter is dedicated to power struggles between different factions within the spellcasters' government and investigations conducted by the main cast to prevent a conspiracy aimed to destroy said government from within. It's basically Jujutsu Kaisen but with royal court shenanigans thrown in (like the ones in Kingdom, for example), so if you enjoyed those two, I think you'll also enjoy this one. It has amazing worldbuilding, and the art is really good as well, although it has only 7 chapters as of now.
What about you? Have you been reading/watching anything good?
