I would highly recommend watching part 2 of the video I linked if you don't mind spoilers, it's an actual analysis rather than whatever youd call what I linked. Personally, I hated TTGL at first because of the fanservice but I eventually found that video series, part 1 even making me tear up and part 2 making me expect a well thought out anime that has so much to offer. TTGL is a reconstruction of the super robot genre, which usually depends on a badass hot-headed MC flying in and beating the bad guy, but in TTGL, there really is no villain and they all have good intentions. There really is A LOT to look into, and if you like sakuga (very well animated segments within an anime), TTGL has a plethora of them.
As for Dragon Ball, it's just a fun adventure, DBZ turns into a battle shonen. I do think DB is the peak of adventure anime and if that's your thing you should love it, but it seems you don't which is fine. I don't think age really matters with these anime (I'm 21, not sure how old you are) especially if you like My Hero Academia. (Btw as a manga-reader, season 3 of MHA is going to be amazing, MHA is actually my favorite shonen but for what hasn't been animated yet.)
Also on a random side-note, if you ever want to get into manga, I would recommend "Spirit Circle", it's genuinely amazing and a shame it hasn't been animated yet especially considering it could fit into 22-24 eps, if not even 13. I'd give a brief synopsis if I was sure you were at all interested in manga. Lol
You've dropped a bunch of anime I find hard to believe (really everything other than Black Clover from what I remember), but maybe this will convince you to try Gurren Lagann again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wbnEBW8PZ_k

So you're watching Gintama that's great.
Well let me give you an advice.
Just for your information.
The first Episodes and following few Episodes can be quite average.
I know that it can be for many people, so maybe for you as well.
But it will improve a lot afterwards.
So I hope you will keep on watching Gintama
