My scores are currently undergoing a massive re-evaluation in order to properly adjust them in accordance with the final revision of my rating scale. Therefore, some of the ratings might not reflect my preferences as accurately as I'd like. Everything will fall into place once I'm finished and make all the necessary adjustments.
OFC!^_^ and it’s been a while but I hope ur year is going great so far!:)
And man ur so lucky! Hopefully, one day when I’m finished with my studies I’ll travel somewhere with snow. It looks quite a sight. And glad I’m not alone :) i actually managed to finish a few episodes today! Since I had 4 days off of school :)
Only for a limited time at a time, since I still get tired of posting, especially when people from cheap seats nag me for every little thing.
They don't even have to be alive. You can just create a secret club for yourself and post whatever you want and how often you want for the sake of your post count as long as it doesn't trigger this sites' blacklist.
Ah yes, those dedicated friend collectors who care only about the number of friends rather than interactions are one thing, but it's even worse when they pester you despite your earlier rejection of their friend request, haha.
Having that kind of message on your profile is good, indeed. Both for people willing to add you and for yourself as well, since you can easily filter out a random friend request coming from someone whose nickname you can't recall seeing before. ;p
As for interactions, I'm not picky. Just participating in the same thread can be enough, or equal to leaving a short message attached to the friend request. About interactions afterwards (after accepting a friend request), all of us have our own private lives, so it'd be hard to be in touch with absolutely everyone on one's friends list and interacting actively on a regular basis, sadly. But it's still better than mindless "friend collecting" activity. However, if someone likes it, then it's not my business, haha. To each their own, as they say. :)
Sure it could have been worse so I can be at least thankful for that. Everyone decides how long they want to participate where. Perhaps, I will get inspired once again by my own and not because some mods will have ruined my post-count again, though I could do the same as quite some others do and just post in clubs instead of appearing again in the general forums. And that's fair enough.
Good for you, but that's your privilege speaking. All female users on any and every platform have at least once been sexually harassed by men, and the block option comes in handy then. It's a problem when your website tells you that you can only block 20 men who harass you, so you have to pick and choose whom to block and whom to tolerate. It's things like these that tell you how many women were involved in the decision making process of MAL.
What kinda anime and manga you watching? Because you haven't updated your lists in almost a year.
Ah, interesting. I had this same conversation with someone from Germany. People who grow up in colder weathers are obviously more afraid of hotter places like mine, where temperatures average in your 40s in summer. People like me dread living in the cold, and I've never seen seen snow IRL. All my knowledge of it has been from books and movies ;p Kinda sad, but let's see - maybe I'll get to play with snow sometime in the future.
It was much better than I expected - I really appreciated the calm, melancholic storytelling and the exploration of those failed/declining societies. Do you think I should check out the movies as well?
This January has been a disaster for my anime watching, haha - just a lot of social chaos every night. How about you, though? I noticed from your list updates that you seem to be diving into something else. How's that going?
