Kiyo is a Japanese Let's Player who was been active since 2009.

He uploaded his first video—the first and only part of a Pokémon Platinum Let's Play—to Niconico Douga on October 20, 2009. 5 days later, on October 25, he posted the first part of an Ao Oni playthrough with his friend Kosuke, which formed the Let's Player duo Saishuu Heiki Oretachi (最終兵器俺達, lit. "We, The Ultimate Weapon," from Saishuu Heiki Kanojo; usually shortened to 最俺, SaiOre). SaiOre eventually grew to a four-person group with the addition of Hira and Fuji in the following month. Kiyo is still a part of this group and will frequently post videos with the other members.

He started transitioning to YouTube in March of 2014, starting with magician videos before going back to his usual content. He kept posting to both YouTube and Niconico Douga until he stopped using the latter in 2017, and completely stopped uploading videos to his Niconico Channel as well in 2018. He still uses his channel for monthly livestreams, however.

He is also part of the Let's Player group Nihon TOP4 (日本トップ４; usually just "TOP4") with Retort, Ushizawa, and Gatchman, and hosts the radio show Mattaku Mi ni Naranai Radio (全く身にならないラジオ, lit. "Completely Useless Radio"; usually shortened to 全身ラジオ, ZenShin Radio) with the first.

In part 12 of his first Ao Oni playthrough, Kiyo accidentally revealed his family name to be Kiyokawa. His given name, age, and birthday all remain unconfirmed, however.
