From a very young age and thanks to the support of her relatives, Leyla developed within the visual media by participating in independent film films and advertising. His start in front of the lectern was at the beginning of the 90s, at the age of 7, in the studios of the Dubbing Cooperative also known as Procineas or colloquially called La Cope, his first dubbing projects being the series Full House and Major Dad.

This approach was a great opportunity for Rangel, since some time later he was able to venture into the world of commercial voiceovers at the age of 12, and prepare professionally at the CasAzul acting school (2003-2006), an institute in which well-known histrionic figures in the country such as Mauricio García Lozano, Carlos Corona and Ignacio Flores de la Lama taught this young actress during the early 2000s. Thanks to the experience learned, and the recognition granted by the acting community of her alma mater, made her deserve to debut professionally in the staging "Susana y los Jovenes" (2006 play directed by Ignacio Flores de la Lama), being one of her most acclaimed works within specialized critics, consoling her as a of the most recognized contemporary theater actresses in the country.
