Hiroaki Inoue, born May 1958, is an anime producer, and serves as the Representative Director of Oniro Co., Ltd. Since April 2014, he has been a professor at the Kibi International University Animation Dept.

After graduating from Iwakura High School, he entered into the industry in the early 1980s; through working in production at Tezuka Productions. And later working for Magic Bus and MK COMPANY. In December 1984, he participated in the founding of GAINAX, and served as the studio's vice president. Due to disputes with management, Inoue left GAINAX in August 1989, and joined Anime International Company (AIC) as a producer. Shortly thereafter, he established Oniro Co., Ltd., serving as its representative director. In 2007, he was the executive committee chairman for the 65th World Science Fiction Convention held at the Pacifico Yokohama convention and exhibition centre. In April 2014, he became a professor at the Kibi International University Animation Dept. As of more recently, Inoue was a producer for AIC's "Ai Tenchi Muyou!" through the Kibi International University Animation Dept, which aired from October 6, 2014 – December 26, 2014.
