Catherine Wilder Disher (born June 22, 1960 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian actress who won a Gemini Award for Best Actress for her role in the Canadian mini-series Snakes & Ladders and was nominated for her role as Dr. Natalie Lambert in the Forever Knight TV series. She is well known for the voice of Jean Grey in X-Men: The Animated Series from 1996 to 1997.

She also voiced Jill Valentine in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, and Marvel vs Capcom 2.

Her anime voice over was Sailor Moon S, where she voiced Mimete.

Disher graduated from the Phillips Exeter Academy in 1978 and later from the National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal.

She was formerly married to her X-Men co-star Cedric Smith, with whom she had a son, Darcy Montgomery Smith, in 1993.
She does not attend fan conventions or make appearances due to an incident in which some die hard fans of the War of the Worlds television series were outraged by the changes in the second season, and as a result, she received hate mail and death threats.
