Fullmetal Alchemist Movie To Be Premiered Next Summer

According to the announcement aired on TV, Fullmetal Alchemist Movie will be premiered next summer. The title is "Fullmetal Alchemist: Milos no Seinaru Hoshi".

Story:
Edward and Alphonse are still on their journey being toyed by the fortune. Finally, a story about the forbidden <bond> will be revealed. (The automail on Ed's arm in the trailer indicates the movie is not a sequel to the second TV series.)

The art design looks more manga-ie to me, alot like the closing of season one. and as for the plot it looks like it could take place anywhere in the story line before episode 25ish

Its obvious it won't have to do with the manga or Brotherhood. But I do like how they are going back to the art of the first series. I plan on watching it.

Hopefully I"ll have the series finished before this comes out. I'm randomly putting the series on-hold and watching, because I'm only watching it on DVD.

Sure this is a filler and doesnt really matter in the end, but it may still be enjoyable. Worth checking out with an open mind

I hated Brotherhood.

I loved the original series and the first movie.

Therefore, I will be watching this. And if it sucks, I will blame that on Brotherhood.

Nothing wrong with fillers. :) It gives us more FMA so I'm not complaining. :)

You do realize that we had whole 52 episode anime made of only fillers, right?....And it certainly proved that fma fillers do NOT work.

i'd watch slice of life fma.

asthe bonus epilogue chapter showed, it would be amazing.

Sreiously, let's have a movie where Edwar is normal human and completely useless in fights. Let's focus more on side alchemy-based characters and so on, while retaining the clam life-goes-on feeling of last fma chapter + epilogue.

I kinda have a bad feeling about it, its not that I dont like FMA but you know sometimes movie spoil the whole series in a way >.<

HOLY SHIT?! The deputy director of Code Geass is in charge too?! This going to be huge! The trailer was amazing plus the art! Who knows we might be seeing the Homoculus again? I'm totally looking forward to it!! The thrist for FMA isn't drying up yet
