According to Bessatsu Margaret, the second season of Kimi ni Todoke was announced to start in January 2011.

Im happy for Season 2 but.. 1 of the greatest Fansubbers r retiring.. :( We Will miss u Eclipse.. or i will ^^.

I knew they wouldn't ditch this anime ever since watching the last episode, I mean it's too popular.

And they would've ended it in a better way ;D I know some shows do get cancelled ;w; But I didn't even think about this being the only series. *wants episode 1 already* It's too darn cute >.<

That's what I fear for. 80% chance this will happen.
Its because previous season ends at chapter 27, and currently the latest manga chapter is chapter 51. Its unclear whether the mangaka have time to make 1 more volume....

If this anime ends with 13 episodes, I think it will stop at chapter 40-46.
(Note: Unlike the 1st 27 chapters, there are some chapters from chapter 28-51 that have only 20+ or 30+ pages long)

2. Valentine (January 11, 2011) - Chapter 28
3. Sophomore (January 18, 2011) - Chapter 29
4. Forget (January 25, 2011) - Chapter 30

kyaa!!!!!I'm watching kimi ni todoke and after hearing this news I really really really want to watch the season2 of it soon....I can't stop laughing every time sawako and shota are nervous with each other LOL.... :) this is one of the best comedy-romance shojo I ever watch...

Omg Im like fucking crying right now, i so happy that there is a second season. I was so piss off when i though they wouldnt give a second season. So i read the manga and finshed it, But IM STILL GOING TO WATCH THE SECOND SEASON.
