5pb.'s Game Steins;Gate To Be Animated

According to the official twitter, Shikura Chiyomaru, the president of 5pb., announced a TV anime adaptation of XBOX game "Steins;Gate".

Steins;Gate game is a visual novel game released in October 2009. Two manga adaptations (Steins;Gate and Steins;Gate Boukan no Rebellio) have been serialized in Monthly Comic Alive and Monthly Comic Blade, respectively. Windows version of the game will be released on August 30th.

As for the anime, im struggling with it, im actually bored of it and im only 4 episodes in but meh I digress.

So I go away for a month or so and I miss news like this? God damn it. Really hoping this'll be good. Then again I really hoped Chaos;Head would be good and that turned out to be a total failure. Then again I'm also more interested in the VN's of both of them.

Now this sounds interesting. It's made by Nitroplus as well. They did Saya no uta, Kikokugai: The Cyber Slayer, chaos head and Phantom of Inferno.(Or as you guys know it, Requiem of the phantom) They are great for dark serious storylines. I hope this isn't a lot like chaos head though. Because while chaos head had a great start it then fell apart halfway through.

It looks like it has great potential.
