Blu-ray Only Extra Short Anime of K-ON!!

According to TBS online shop, the limited editions of K-ON!! Blu-ray will include extra short anime "Uraon!!". Judging from the price and the duration of the Blu-ray (72min x 9 volumes), the number of the episodes of the second season (+ possible OVA) will be 27. The first volume will be released on July 30th.

There is only going to be one special... The series hasn't finished airing yet so that is why you can't find it.

K-ON makes me so fucking happy, I don't even care how many times they repeat the same thing, I don't want it to ever end.<3

Also I loved the first Ura-on, unlike most people, so i'm looking forward to that too.

There's just not enough manga material for this.

I really hope that it was read wrong and there's not 72 minutes per DVD, cos that many episodes is to many.

That could still change as more information comes to be known. Wouldn't be the first time.

Although to be fair, it hasn't been officially confirmed that we'll get more than the usual episodes. All this ruse about a two-cour season is merely that -- a ruse.
