Excellent, lets go back to the roots!!

Hope they announce the release date Sanit Seiya CG + Rose of Versailles remakes in the near future.

Toei is doing great trying to show the contemporary fans the classics.

About that first it's supposed to be in July

well they have a lot of shows to reboot and Precure/One Piece to give them money to do so... so it's good they use it in this way.

It's so much. It's too much.

And I really disliked the main series. But I was very off because even considering it's dated the art was pretty horrible. After seeing the website's previews I kind of want to watch this, it seems top-notch animation.

Interesting, I've never seen the original one, although I've been planning that forever, so I guess this'll be good to get me in the Harlock vibe.

The plot sounds cool, however I am a bit against seeing Harlock in CG

My first reaction was something like: CG? :| After remembering how poorly animated the Harlock stuff I've seen was though my new reaction is: CG? Good. Very, very good.

Can't wait although CGI make me a bit apprehensive .

Mar 24, 2010 5:50 AM by StriderMS

maybe i'll give the new version a try

Oh my...too bad it's CGI, but still, I just love the "Leijiverse" (c).

Mar 24, 2010 4:46 AM by seishi-sama

OK, so how is this going to relate to all of the other Harlock anime and the Leijiverse in general, then?

I might watch it if I enjoy some of Matsumoto Leiji's other anime productions, whether they are linked to Harlock or not.
