My favourite anime this season! I watched it with my mom as she likes figure skating and we both loved it, so happy that it has S2 so we can share something again.

The execution was better than I expected. Tsukasa sensei is the best!

@Nurguburu I'm not into that kind of stuff, but if someone likes it... However, in my experience, most of the audience for this title are still hardcore sports fans.

Really looking forward to the second season

@RobertBobert Sonidori, Riou is very popular among gay shotacon fans. Many ship him with Tsukasa which its already popular among gay fans. I was going to watch the Anime eventually anyways since I watch everything but the shota character is another good reason for shota fans to watch it. I'm actually not surprised considering their popularity among lolicons.

Awesome, it was one of my weekly sugar doses this season

So this is what it feels like, to see an immediate Season 2 announcement after a Season 1 that you love...

It's criminal how so few people on MAL are watching this. It sounds like it's doing fine in Japan at least.

@nachomaxo1 Slash shippers always love sports shows for obvious reasons. Most of the athletes in this one are little girls. Do the math. For example, the most famous meme associated with this show is "its real yuri on ice". Personally, I don't see anything more than a very idealized friendly rivalry here, but if you want, you can always convince yourself of something else.

@RobertBobert Yuri ?

@Nurguburu This anime definitely has a large loli yuri fan base, but I didn't know anyone watched it for the shotas.

Good.

I need to watch this Anime very popular among lolicon and shotacon fans. Can't wait. So peak.

I have to stop being surprised that popular adaptations of good source material get sequels in this day and age.

Engi took something seriously for once, and yeah, we had this.

Hope the second season comes next year itself.
