'Teogonia' TV Anime Announces Additional Cast, Staff

The official website of the Teogonia television anime revealed additional cast, staff, and a key visual (pictured) on Friday. The anime series adapting Tsukasa Tanimai's action fantasy light novel will air on April 12 at 12:30 a.m. on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, and BS11, Abema will also stream the anime simultaneously.

Kunihiro Mori (Phantom in the Twilight) is directing the anime at Asahi Production. Tomoyasu Ookubo is handling the series composition. Original light novel illustrator Kouichirou Kawano is designing the characters. Kenji Fujisawa (Beelzebub) is composing the music. WOWMAX is producing the anime.

Tanimai began penning the novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in August 2017. Shufu to Seikatsusha began printing the series in March 2018, featuring illustrations by Kawano. The third volume went on sale in June 2019.

Shunsuke Aoyama began serializing a manga adaptation in Comic PASH! in April 2018. Shufu to Seikatsusha published the 12th volume on July 5, with the 13th volume set for an April 4 release.

J-Novel Club licensed the light novel for digital release in English in November 2019 and shipped the third volume in July 2020.
