'Enen no Shouboutai: San no Shou' Announces Cast Pair, Ending Theme

The official website of the Enen no Shouboutai (Fire Force) television anime revealed a pair of additional cast and the ending theme for the third season on Friday. The first part is scheduled to premiere on April 5 at 1:53 a.m. on MBS, TBS, and CBC, followed by BS-TBS.

Voice actors Youko Hikasa (Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou) and Masaki Aizawa (Hajime no Ippo) are joining the cast as Gold and Dragon, respectively.

Rap group UmedaCypher (The Fable, Ao no Miburo) is performing the ending theme "Uru-Siren" and Ziyoou-vachi (Queen Bee) (Undead Unluck, Dororo) performs the opening theme "Tsuyobi."

Tatsuma Minamikawa (Enen no Shouboutai: Ni no Shou) returns to direct the new season at David Production. Sei Tsuguta (Undead Unluck) is handling the series composition and penning the script and Hideyuki Morioka (Enen no Shouboutai) is designing the characters. Kenichiro Suehiro (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!) is composing the music.

The anime series adapts Atsushi Ookubo's action sci-fi manga, which began its serialization in Weekly Shounen Magazine in September 2015 and ended on February 22. Kodansha published the 34th and final volume in May 2022.

Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in 2016 and published the 34th and final volume in October 2023.
