'Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi' Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, Opening Theme, Second Promo for Spring 2025

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Reiji Miyajima's Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi (The Children of Shiunji Family) manga revealed one additional cast, staff, opening theme, key visual (pictured), and the second promotional video on Friday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on April 8 at 10:30 p.m. on AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX, BS11, Kansai TV, and other stations.

Seiyuu unit NACHERRY (Kono Sekai wa Fukanzen Sugiru) is performing the opening theme "Honey Lemon," which is previewed in the promotional video below.

Ryouki Kamitsubo (Hidamari Sketch) is directing the anime at Doga Kobo. Noboru Kimura (Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete) is handling the series composition. Miki Mutou (Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san chief animation director) is designing the characters and is the chief animation director. Akki, Ginnojou Hoshi, and Shouta Horie (Strike the Blood) are composing the music.

Miyajima (Kanojo, Okarishimasu) began drawing the romantic comedy manga in Young Animal magazine in February 2022. Hakusensha shipped the fifth volume last October, while the sixth volume is scheduled to go on sale on March 14.

Yen Press licensed the manga in English in April 2023 and released the first volume in November 2023. The third volume went on sale on February 18, while the fourth volume is scheduled to go on sale on May 27.
