'Around 40 Otoko no Isekai Tsuuhan Seikatsu' Reveals Main Staff, Additional Cast, Opening Theme, First Promo for Winter 2025
The official website for the television anime adaptation of Hifumi Asakura and Umiharu's Around 40 Otoko no Isekai Tsuuhan Seikatsu (The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World) manga revealed the main staff, additional cast, opening theme, key visual (pictured), and the first promotional video on Friday. Asaka (Summertime Render) is performing the opening theme "GIVE & TAKE" which is previewed in the promotional video below. Chiyomaru Shikura (Steins;Gate) is composing the theme song.
Umiharu began serializing the manga adaptation of Asakura's isekai fantasy light novel in GFantasy magazine in April 2019 and ended on May 17. Square Enix shipped the seventh volume on February 27. Square Enix also began releasing the manga through its Manga UP! service and Comikey in June 2023.
Asakura originally began writing the novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in September 2017. SB Creative began publishing the light novel under its Tugikuru Books imprint with illustrations by Yamakawa (Isekai Yururi Kikou) in May 2018. The third volume went on sale in April 2019.
