Studio Nut Produces 'Negaposi Angler' Original TV Anime for Fall 2024

Kadokawa opened an official website for an original anime titled Negaposi Angler (Negative Positive Angler), revealing the main cast, production staff, a teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser promotional video on Tuesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere in October 2024.

Synopsis
The story follows Tsunehiro Sasaki, a depressed college student burdened with debt and being told that he only has two years left to live. Looks really cool to be fair. I like the animation style, though the premise is silly. Judging by the staff it is in safe hands as well. Will have to check it out when it aries.

there's a game where mc catch waifus. the game's anime adaptation would at least top this show for sure but i can see the beautiful artwork in showing these fishes. for those who sleep with the fishes.

Back on topic, the last time I watched an anime about fishing was a lot of fun. Definitely gonna check this one out.

If only you spent more time reading manga (in this case, Kadokawa manga etc) so you could understand my concern instead of spending way too much time on writing random things on the internet about people you don't know personally and don't even attempt to understand.....

Kadokawa : a multibillion yen company that controls many studios and publish so many stories and stories that are waiting for anime sequels, ignores all these stories and makes a story about ..... fishing . What the hell is wrong with the anime industry these days

nah either something is going on with the licensing for Youjo Senki or they are trying to perfect it like Pluto and Uzumaki. Otherwise, nothing that takes this long can have a good end. no healthy production schedule takes this long. and the hopes for a s3 seem dead before s2

NUT explicitly stated that they wanted to work on two original anime before doing Youjo Senki II, and they already did Deca-Dence as the first one (I don't think Bullbuster counts).
