Manga 'Salaryman ga Isekai ni Ittara Shitennou ni Natta Hanashi' Gets TV Anime in 2025

Publishing company Overlap opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Benigashira and Muramitsu's Salaryman ga Isekai ni Ittara Shitennou ni Natta Hanashi (Headhunted to Another World: From Salaryman to Big Four!) manga on Sunday. The website also revealed the production staff, main cast, key visual (pictured), and the first promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2025.

Benigashira began writing the fantasy adventure story as a webcomic on his personal blog before serializing the manga with Muramitsu in the Comic Gardo web magazine in December 2019. Overlap will publish the ninth volume on July 25. The manga series has a cumulative 350 000 copies of its volumes in circulation.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English in February 2021 and released the sixth volume on May 21. The seventh volume is scheduled to go on sale on November 26.

Synopsis
Uchimura Denosuke is your normal, everyday salaryman trying to climb the corporate ladder. But then he’s summoned to a terrifying fantasy world by the Demon Overlord, who offers him a new job—as one of the Heavenly Kings in his army, with full benefits!
