'Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken 3rd Season' Reveals Additional Cast, Theme Songs, Promo for Second Cour
The official website of the Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken 3rd Season (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3) television anime revealed additional cast, theme songs, promotional video, and a second key visual (pictured) for the second cour on Saturday. The television anime began airing on April 5 at 11:00 p.m. on NTV's Friday Anime Night programming block, followed by BS11.

Elmesia: Hisako Kanemoto (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!)
Momiji: Moe Kahara (Undead Unluck)
Masayuki: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka)
Idol group Momoiro Clover Z (Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal) is performing the second opening theme "Renacer Serenade," which is previewed in the promotional video below. MindaRyn (Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou 2nd Season) will perform the ending theme "Miracle soup."
Atsushi Nakayama (Absolute Duo) directs the television anime at 8bit. Toshizou Nemoto (Log Horizon) is handling the series composition, and Ryouma Ebata is designing the characters. Hitoshi Fujima (Elements Garden) (Senki Zesshou Symphogear) is composing the music.
The anime is based on Taiki Kawakami's manga adaptation of Fuse and Mitz Vah's fantasy light novel. The manga began publishing on Kodansha's Shounen Sirius in March 2015. Kodansha shipped the 25th volume on January 9. The series has a cumulative 45 million copies of its volumes in circulation.
Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in October 2016. The 24th volume was released on May 14.
Fuse began writing the fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website from February 2013 to October 2016. Micro Magazine acquired the novel and began publishing it under their GC Novels imprint in May 2014, featuring illustrations by Mitz Vah. The 21st volume was shipped in October 2023.
Yen Press licensed the light novel in English in April 2017. The 18th volume went on sale on April 16, with the 19th volume scheduled to be released on August 20.
