The official website of the television anime adapting Sarasa Nagase's Yarinaoshi Reijou wa Ryuutei Heika wo Kouryakuchuu (The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor) light novel revealed the lead cast and a teaser promotional video on Wednesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2024.

Shuu Uchida (Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai 2nd Season) and Kikunosuke Toya (Chainsaw Man) are starring as Jill Savelle and Hades Theos Rave, respectively.

Kentarou Suzuki (Baraou no Souretsu) is directing the anime at J.C.Staff. Atsuo Ishino is handling the series composition, and Sana Komatsu (Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari Season 3) is designing the characters.

Nagase began writing the fantasy romance novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in November 2019. Kadokawa began publishing the title under its Beans Bunko imprint in March 2020, featuring illustrations by Mitsuya Fuji. The sixth volume went on sale in April 2023, with a side story volume shipped on February 1.

A manga adaptation drawn by Anko Yuzu began on the Comp Ace magazine in July 2020. Kadokawa released the sixth volume on January 26.

Cross Infinite World licensed the light novel in English in December 2022, with Yen Press licensing the manga in February 2023 under the title The Second-Chance Noble Daughter Sets Out to Conquer the Dragon Emperor. The third volume of the novel shipped in September 2023, and the third manga volume is scheduled to be released on April 16.

When is there time for S2 of this anime to be released in 2024?

Oh its one of these anime again. The main girl looks interesting but...

I have to say that other people seem oddly fixated on these. Or maybe I just have been unlucky so far.

I could always give it a try and see if the first few eps work out when it airs

Also uchida shuu. But in the end the voice actors are only one part of the anime.

...also the synopsis says she's 10? shrug
