'Acro Trip' Reveals Main Cast, Additional Staff, Teaser Promo

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Yone Sawata's Acro Trip manga revealed the main cast, additional staff, a key visual (pictured), and a teaser promotional video on Wednesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2024.

Chizuko Date: Miku Itou (5-toubun no Hanayome)
Chroma: Nobunaga Shimazaki (Blue Lock)
Berry Blossom: Inori Minase (Yamada-kun to Lv999 no Koi wo Suru)
Mashirou: Kengo Kawanishi (Kimetsu no Yaiba)

Staff
Art Director: Miwa Kawasaki (Deca-Dence background art)
Sound Director: Ryou Tanaka (Otonari ni Ginga)
Sound Production: Ai Addiction
Music: Technoboys Pulcraft Green-Fund (Toaru Ossan no VRMMO Katsudouki)
Music Production: King Records

Ayumu Kotake (Pet assistant director) is directing the anime at Voil. Shinichi Inotsume (Spy Kyoushitsu) is in charge of the series composition. Toshie Kawamura (Ao Ashi) is designing the characters.

Sawata began drawing the comedy manga in Ribon Magazine in February 2017. Shueisha shipped the fifth volume in January 2023.

Looks promising. It's been years since we got a Shojo manga-based magical girl anime that wasn't a reboot or sequel.

I've seen news about its anime adaptation before. I'm surprised that Inorin earns a role in this anime. That's great! I might watch this anime.

Maybe you should change those to "Chroma" and "Berry Blossom" respectively?

This looks like a fun ride for a traditional magical girl anime and it has great action to boot, I'll give it a try.
