'Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi' Reveals Additional Staff, First Promo
The Jump Super Stage Blue at the Jump Festa 2024 event revealed additional staff, key visual (pictured), and a promotional video for the Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi (The Elusive Samurai) television anime on Saturday. Yuuta Yamazaki (Wonder Egg Priority assistant director) is helming the anime at CloverWorks. Yoriko Tomita (Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru) is handling the series composition. Yasushi Nishiya is designing the characters.
Matsui began drawing the manga in Weekly Shounen Jump in January 2021. Shueisha published the 13th volume on November 2.
VIZ Media licensed the manga in English in October 2021 and shipped the ninth volume on November 7. The tenth volume is scheduled to be released on February 6. The company and Shueisha's Manga Plus platform also simulpublish the manga in English.
