'Mashle' Season 2 Reveals Supporting Cast Pair, First Promo
The Jump Super Stage Blue at the Jump Festa 2024 event revealed two supporting cast, ending theme, and a promotional video for the second season of Mashle (Mashle: Magic and Muscles) on Saturday. The anime is set to premiere on January 6 at 11:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, TV Tochigi and BS11, followed by other channels.
Idol group Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku (Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin) is performing the ending theme "Tokyo's Way!"
Tomoya Tanaka (Engage Kiss) is returning to direct the second season at A-1 Pictures. Yousuke Kuroda (Boku no Hero Academia) is handling the series composition, and Hisashi Toujima (Blue Lock prop design) is designing the characters. Masaru Yokoyama (Urusei Yatsura (2022)) is composing the music.
Hajime Koumoto began drawing the action comedy manga in Weekly Shounen Jump in January 2020. Shueisha published the 18th volume on October 4.
VIZ Media simulpublishes the manga in English and shipped the 14th volume on December 12. Shueisha's Manga Plus platform also simulpublishes the manga in English.
