'Chiyu Mahou no Machigatta Tsukaikata' Unveils Additional Cast, Theme Songs, Second Promo
The official website of the Chiyu Mahou no Machigatta Tsukaikata (The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic) television anime revealed additional cast members, a second key visual (pictured) and the second promotional video on Friday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on January 6 on Tokyo MX and BS11.Cast
Celia: Reina Ueda (Chainsaw Man)
Aruku: Shouhei Komatsu (Kenja no Mago)
Amila: Hitomi Ueda (Uma Musume: Pretty Derby)
Hyriluk: Wataru Hatano (Fairy Tail)
waterweed (Kingdom 3rd Season) is performing the opening theme "Cure." ChouCho (Masamune-kun no Revenge) will perform the ending theme "Green jade." Both theme songs are previewed in the promotional video below.
Takahide Ogata (Motto! Majime ni Fumajime Kaiketsu Zorori) helms the anime at Studio add and Shin-Ei Animation. Shougo Yasukawa (Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road) is handling the series composition and Kenji Tanabe (Blue Lock) is designing the characters.
Kurokata started penning the action fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in March 2014. Kadokawa began publishing the series featuring illustrations by KeG in March 2016 and released the 12th volume in March 2020.
Reki Kugayama began serializing a manga adaptation on Comp Ace in April 2017. Kadokawa shipped the 13th volume on October 26.
One Peace Book licensed the light novel and manga adaptation in English in 2022. The light novel's third volume was released on August 22 while the third volume of the manga shipped on June 27.
