'Potion-danomi de Ikinobimasu!' Reveals Additional Staff, Third Promo

The official website of the Potion-danomi de Ikinobimasu! (I Shall Survive Using Potions!) television anime revealed additional staff, the opening theme and third promo on Friday. The anime is set to air on October 8 at 2:00 a.m. on ABC TV and TV Asahi's 24 affiliated stations on the ANiMAZiNG!!! programming block, followed by BS Fuji and AT-X.

Singer-songwriter katagiri is performing the opening theme "tailwind," which is previewed in the promotional video below.

Nobuaki Nakanishi (Hoshi no Samidare) directs television anime at Jumondo. Takayo Ikami (Isekai Cheat Magician) is in charge of the series composition, and Chisato Kikunaga (Kono Healer, Mendokusai) is designing the characters. Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Dr. Stone) is composing the music.

The anime adapts FUNA's fantasy light novel, which began on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in November 2015. Kodansha acquired the novel and published the first volume in June 2017, featuring illustrations by Sukima. The ninth volume was released on March 2.

A manga adaptation by Hibiki Kokonoe began serializing in Suiyoubi no Sirius in June 2017. Kodansha published the ninth volume in December 2021.

J-Novel Club licensed both the light novel and manga in English in December 2018. The eighth novel volume went on sale on February 20, and the ninth manga volume was released in June 2022.
