'Buta no Liver wa Kanetsu Shiro' Unveils Pair of Additional Cast
The official website of the Buta no Liver wa Kanetsu Shiro television anime announced a pair of additional cast on Friday. The anime is set to premiere in October 2023.
Miyu Tomita (Gabriel DropOut) and Kento Itou (Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii) are starring as Ceres and Notos, respectively.
Masayuki Takahashi (Hige wo Soru. Soshite Joshikousei wo Hirou. assistant director) is directing the television anime at Project No.9. Deko Akao (Hitomi Mieno) (Tensai Ouji no Akaji Kokka Saisei Jutsu) is handling the series composition. Susumu Watanabe (Watashi, Nouryoku wa Heikinchi de tte Itta yo ne!) is designing the character. Kenichiro Suehiro (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!) and MAYUKO (Ousama Ranking) are composing the music.
Sakai began penning the comedy fantasy light novel on the Kakuyomu website in February 2020. Kadokawa began printing the series through its Dengeki Bunko label with illustrations by Asagi Toosaka (Girly Air Force, Seiken Gakuin no Makentsukai) in March 2020 and published the seventh volume on December 9 last year. The eighth volume is set to go on sale on October 6.
Monthly Dengeki Maoh began serializing a manga adaptation by Minami last August. Kadokawa shipped the fourth volume on July 27, while the fifth volume is scheduled for a September 26 release.
