Manga 'JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken' Part 9 'The JOJOLands' Begins in February
The January 2023 issue of the Ultra Jump magazine announced on Monday that the ninth part of Hirohiko Araki's JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure) manga—The JOJOLands—will begin in the March 2023 issue on February 17. The JOJOLands marks the first installment in the series in one year and seven months.
The eighth part of the manga series, JoJolion, ended last August in the same magazine after a ten-year run. Shueisha released the 27th and final volume in September 2021.
Araki launched the action adventure manga series with the first part, Phantom Blood, in Weekly Shounen Jump in 1986. The second through six parts—Sentou Chouryuu (Battle Tendency), Stardust Crusaders, Diamond wa Kudakenai (Diamond Is Unbreakable), Ougon no Kaze (Golden Wind), and Stone Ocean—ran in the same magazine between 1987 and 2003.
The seventh part, Steel Ball Run, originally began in Weekly Shounen Jump in 2004 as an unrelated story to the series. Following its transfer to Ultra Jump in April 2005, it became an official part, set in an alternate timeline. Shueisha published the manga in 24 volumes.
David Production adapted the first six parts into anime series with the most recent, Stone Ocean, streaming in three installments on Netflix on December 1 last year, September 1, and December 1.
VIZ Media published the first five parts physically in English in North America and released the sixth part's chapters digitally from January 25 to December 13. The company also released the anime series on home video, with Ougon no Kaze in installments on September 2020 and February 2021.

I've been catching up with the manga in order to read JOJOLands as it releases. Can't get spoiled by memes (like the one I attached above) if I'm fully caught-up. ;)

Is Jojo never going to end? I want to watch it one day, but the author keeps putting out parts that later get adapted.
Stone Ocean (Part 6) was just adapted, and that was basically the end of the first timeline. Parts 7-9 are a separate timeline and entirely unrelated plot-wise. So it's a great to time watch it, as Part 7 may not be adapted for years.
Also, fun fact, throughout the entire 10 year anime production of Parts 1-6, only Part 8 was being written, everything else had already wrapped up years ago.
Yes, unrelated, although it is other Universe, but still they are all JoJos!! I wait for SBR anime announcement!

Do they sell these comics one month in advance? Or how come January 2023 issue of that magazine is being sold if it is still December 2022?
It is numeration of magazines. They are named specifically. I also can't remember it for a long time.
