Voice Actor Shougo Yano Announces Marriage

Voice actor Shougo Yano announced on Wednesday his marriage to a woman outside of the industry on his Twitter.

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has always supported me and everyone involved, and I would like to devote myself to further growth as a person and as an actor."

Yano began his career as an actor at Super Eccentric Theater in 2012 and made his voice acting debut as Shingo Sawatari in the Yu☆Gi☆Oh! Arc-V television anime in 2014.

Some of Yano's notable roles as a voice actor include Mafuyu Satou in Given, Hyouta Ashikaga in Bishounen Tanteidan (Pretty Boy Detective Club), and Nanao Kisaragi in Tsurune: Kazemai Koukou Kyuudoubu (Tsurune: Kazemai High School Kyudo Club). Outside of anime, Yano also voices game characters and participates in various television dramas and stage performances.

Yano will be voicing Reo Maruyama in the television anime adaptation of the Paradox Live multimedia project next year.
