'Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken Movie: Guren no Kizuna-hen' Reveals Additional Cast, Production Staff, Second Trailer

The official website of the Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken Movie: Guren no Kizuna-hen (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: The Movie - Scarlet Bond) anime movie revealed three original cast members, production staff and a second trailer on Wednesday. The anime movie is scheduled to open in Japan on November 25.

The anime movie is based on Fuse's fantasy light novel with illustration by Mitz Vah which began serialization on Shousetsuka ni Narou from 2013 to 2016. Micro Magazine Publishing acquired the light novel and published the first volume in May 2014. The 19th volume was shipped last November with the 20th volume released on September 30.

Taiki Kawakami published a manga adaptation on Kodansha's Shounen Sirius since March 2015. Kodansha shipped the 20th and 21st volumes on March 9 and July 7 respectively. Five spin-off manga have been created since July 2016.

The light novel, manga, and other spin-offs have 30 million cumulative copies in circulation.
