TV Anime 'Do It Yourself!!' Reveals Main Cast, Additional Staff

The official website of the Do It Yourself!! original television anime revealed the main cast, additional staff and two character promotional videos on Thursday. The anime is scheduled to premiere in October 2022.

Purin: Kana Ichinose (Hige wo Soru. Soshite Joshikousei wo Hirou.)
Kurei: Ayane Sakura (Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?)
Takumi: Azumi Waki (Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san)
Shii: Karin Takahashi (Assault Lily: Bouquet)
Jobuko: Nichika Oomori (Jashin-chan Dropkick)

Staff
Art Director: Yuka Okamoto (Gleipnir)
Music: Ryouhei Sataka (Hifumi,Inc.) (D4DJ: First Mix)

Kazuhiro Yoneda (Kageki Shoujo!!) is directing the original slice of life anime at Pine Jam. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Majo no Tabitabi) is handling the series composition and script. Yuusuke Matsuo (Yama no Susume) is designing the characters.

The first episode of the anime will be showcased at Crunchyroll Expo 2022. The screening is scheduled for August 6 at the Hime Stage (San Jose McEnery Convention Center).

It baffles me that the first girl is covered in bandages supposedly covering injuries sustained during practicing that hobby of hers yet is shown to keep doing it without wearing basic protective gear like gloves. That aside, i wonder if this anime will feature any product placement from power tools producing companies.

I wouldn't call this show moe just because it's all-female.

I guess I just tend to associate it with a kind of artistic design (not being all female) but maybe I am just misusing the term.
