Fifth Season of 'Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa Nai!' Announced
The official website for the anime adaptation of Ling You's web manhua series Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa Nai! (Please Take My Brother Away) announced on Wednesday that the fifth season will premiere on the d Anime Store platform in Japan on July 29. The season began airing in China on the Tencent streaming service on June 29.
Cast members from the previous seasons will reprise their respective roles. Rareko (Aggressive Retsuko (ONA)) is returning as the director and scriptwriter. Imagineer and Tencent Penguin Pictures are producing the anime, with the latter also credited for production.
The first season aired in 12 three-minute episodes in Spring 2017, followed by three more seasons in Summer 2018, Fall 2019, and Fall 2020.
