The official website of the Paripi Koumei (Ya Boy Kongming!) television anime revealed three additional cast members, the ending theme, first key visual (pictured), and first promotional video on Saturday. The anime series is scheduled to premiere on April 5 on Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS NTV.

Cast
KABE Tajin: Shouya Chiba (Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun)
Nanami Kuon: Hibiku Yamamura (Senyoku no Sigrdrifa)
Owner Kobayashi: Jun Fukushima (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!)

J-pop singer 96neko (Kuzu no Honkai opening theme, Tenchi Souzou Design-bu opening theme) will be the singing voice of Eiko Tsukimi, played by Kaede Hondo. Nanami Kuon's singing voice will be revealed at a later time.

96neko, Ryoutarou Okiayu, Shouya Chiba, and Nanami Kuon's singing voice will perform the ending theme "Kibun Joujou ↑↑" as their respective characters.

Shuu Honma (Sakura Quest episode director) is helming the anime at P.A. Works, with Youko Yonaiyama (Uma Musume: Pretty Derby (TV) script) handling the series composition. Kanami Sekiguchi (Shirobako) is designing the characters and Genki Hikota (Yuri!!! On Ice ending theme composition) is composing the music.

The anime adapts Yuuto Yotsuba and Ryou Ogawa's comedy musical manga, which began in Comic Days magazine in December 2019 before transferring to Weekly Young Magazine on November 22 last year. Kodansha shipped the eighth volume on January 6. Kodansha US licensed the manga in English last May for digital release and published the sixth volume on December 7.

PV looks pretty good...Plot seems like it'll be a lot of fun too with the whole music thing, so I'm looking forward to this even more now

So, now the PAWORKS have decided to take on a time travel adventure with bishoujo and an ancient Chinese kingdom strategist? Who the hell is in charge of selecting adaptations at this studio?

It's not that surprising when you remember that they took a lot from the manga adaptation when they adapted the novella Another.

Reverse isekai....and too a weird one. Though studio is good

More like time travel. Zhuge Liang goes from China to modern Japan

Quite funny, but this is reminiscent of the Russian Ivan Vasilievich changes the profession of Bulgakov about how Ivan the Terrible ends up in Soviet Moscow.

Well isekai troupe's another world include fantasy world, virtual world, planet, future/past time, or parallel universe.

In his case he died and came and its also not like he is moving freely or back and forth.

But whatever I just wrote reverse isekai because thats the first thing that came into my mind
