Original TV Anime 'Lycoris Recoil' Announced for 2022
Aniplex opened an official website for a new original television anime titled Lycoris Recoil on Friday and revealed the main cast, staff, teaser visual, and an announcement video. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2022.Chika Anzai (Araburu Kisetsu no Otome-domo yo.) and Shion Wakayama (Takt Op. Destiny) are playing as Chisato Nishikigi and Takina Inoue, respectively.

I’m just not a fan of this type of anime. Maybe if they went a dark route then yea, but happyish all-girl anime aren’t my thing. That doesn’t mean they’re crap, but they are boring imo
nah they actually do go down a really dark route in terms of plot and stakes it wasent as simple as the coffee shop will go out of business that's what made this show so good and it also wasn't over the top like the world will be destroyed

Oh, sure. The CGDCT never sexualizes or objectifies women. And none of them are created for the otaku living in parental basements, yes. I'll even say more, not a single CGDCT show has a fanservice, so they always sell very poorly. Also, the Japanese call CGDCT "Girl's zoo" just because they love cute animals, it's so cute.
P.S. Seriously dude, trying to justify plotless all-female shows by saying they don't have a plot because "no plot" is the essence of the genre is ingenious.

This annoys me as well. But I'm too tired of the intrusive "oh, these two female characters in one shot, they are lesbians! 11" that I just can't react to it calmly.
