'Kaijin Kaihatsu-bu no Kuroitsu-san' Announces Supporting Cast
The official website of the television anime adapting Hiroaki Mizusaki's Kaijin Kaihatsu-bu no Kuroitsu-san (Kuroitsu-san from the Monster Development Department) announced three supporting cast members on Thursday. The comedy fantasy anime series will begin airing on Asahi Broadcasting and TV Asahi's 24 affiliate stations on Sundays at 2:00 a.m. on the ANiMAZiNG programming block beginning January 9, 2022.
Hisashi Saitou (Sora no Otoshimono) helms the anime at animation studio Quad. Katsuhiko Takayama (Ange Vierge) is handling the series composition, and Kazuya Morimae (Masou Gakuen HxH chief animation director) is designing the characters. manzo (Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou) is composing the music.
The anime adapts Hiroaki Mizusaki's fantasy comedy manga, which began as a one-shot in Comic Meteor in April 2019 and subsequently joined the regular lineup. Flex Comix shipped the third volume on October 12.
