Anime Project of 'Seiken Gakuin no Makentsukai' Light Novel in Progress
A television anime adaptation of Yuu Shimizu's Seiken Gakuin no Makentsukai (The Demon Sword Master of Excalibur Academy) light novel was announced by Kadokawa on Thursday. The company also posted an announcement promo, featuring voice actress Saki Miyashita (Tantei wa Mou, Shindeiru.).
Synopsis
Battles for ancient kingdoms are nothing compared to the battles of a classroom!
Awakening from magical stasis after a thousand years, the Dark Lord Leonis suddenly finds himself in the body of a ten-year-old boy! He quickly meets Riselia, a girl confronting the Voids, creatures that have nearly exterminated humanity. Determined to uncover the mysteries of this strange new era, Leonis enrolls in Excalibur Academy, a school that trains students to fight back against these enigmatic monsters. Could the Voids hold some connection to Leonis's past? (Source: Yen Press)
Shimizu launched the action fantasy light novel with illustrations by Asagi Toosaka (Girly Air Force) in May 2019, two months after concluding Seireitsukai no Blade Dance (Blade Dance of the Elementalers). Kadokawa publishes the light novel under its MF Bunko J imprint and released the seventh volume on May 25, with the eighth volume shipping on October 25.
Asuka Keigen began serializing a manga adaptation in Monthly Shounen Ace magazine in November 2019. The fourth volume is planned for an October 26 release.
Yes Press licensed the manga in English in late 2019 and published the fourth volume on October 12.

Dude before butting in try reading comments cause other dude did the same mistake as you we never argued about anything we both said similer things expect he misread my post and then reply me without rechecking. We both know both genre trash because they are ultimately gulity pleasure but isekai gave us good stuff time to time every once in a while there is no denying that albert actual good stuff can be counted in one finger.
As for personally I do not give two fuck about who thinks its trash or who thinks its not i personally love both and will continue to watch as long as japan keep making it

Redo of Healer is not a isekai, is just another generic high fantasy with JRPG aspects.

While Isekai indeed produced more meh or trash with thier own sub genres like Sol or Otome crap and even Likes of Redo healer type smut/ecchi stories because isekais are made in larger number
As a whole the best of isekais still shats on best of batlle magic harem to a huge degree and this is even more of a case in Light novels than it is to anime cause the numbers of them exist way more than in anime simply because isekai simply has a larger scope in terms of Varity
Are you kidding me?, Which harem battle animes were remarkable? Seriously, most of them didn't get more than a one season and few people still talk about these. And now think about which isekai animes have been stand out over time? Re: zero, shield hero, konosuba, Overlord, youjo senki, no game no life, mushoku. I'm not saying that I like them, but their fame is undeniable and they put more interesting concepts and they are not just harem with action. Besides, who are you to say that the slice of life is crap?

Gosh, we going return to the days when light novels about magic schools were trending?
I hope so, that trend was much better than isekai.

My guess will be that this will be animated by Silver Link(Infamous for animating outright worst anime Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry)
If that happens,
If you think Silver Link is bad or that Rakudai Kishi is the worst anime, then I'd suggest you:
a) watch more anime
b) stop posting stupid comments online.
Rakudai Kishi. Worst anime than something like...Mars of Destruction? Marchen Madchen? Magical Warfare? Fucking Gundoh Musashi? Attack on Overrated? One Overrated Man?
