The official website for the television anime adaptation of Tomoki Izumi's comedy horror manga Mieruko-chan revealed three additional cast members and the first key visual (pictured) on Thursday. The anime series will premiere on October 3 at 10:00 p.m. on AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, San TV, and BS NTV.

Cast
Zen Toono: Yuuichi Nakamura (Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: Raihousha-hen)
Godmother: Ikuko Tani (Kimetsu no Yaiba)
Kyousuke Yotsuya: Yumiri Hanamori (Yuru Camp)

Yuuki Ogawa (FLCL Progressive) is directing the anime at Passione, with Kenta Ihara (Youjo Senki) handling the series composition and script. Chikashi Kadekaru (Juuni Taisen) is credited as both the character designer and chief animation director. Makoto Uno (Rail Wars! character design) is drawing the monster designs.

Izumi originally posted the manga on his Twitter account in September 2018. Kadokawa's ComicWalker web manga portal began serializing the manga the following November. The fifth volume shipped on March 22.

Yen Press licensed the manga in English last July and published the third volume on June 29. The fourth volume is planned for a November 16 release.

Is Zen their teacher or that mysterious guy in the hat? But anyway, Nakamura's choice looks good.

A teacher, apparently. But may be both.

I checked the characters, yes you are right. Also, it's funny that Yumiri will be the voice of her brother. I don't remember her male roles in the past.
