'Ousama Ranking' Reveals Supporting Cast, Character Promo

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Sousuke Tooka's Ousama Ranking (King Ranking) manga revealed on Thursday seven supporting cast members, and a character promo. The anime is scheduled to premiere in October 2021 on Fuji TV's noitaminA programming block.

Hilling: Rina Satou (Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal)
Dormas: Takuya Eguchi (91 Days)
Bevin: Youji Ueda (Vinland Saga)
Apis: Hiroki Yasumoto (Megalo Box)
Droshi: Hinata Tadokoro (Tokyo Ghoul:re)
Hokuro: Daiki Yamashita (Kyuukyoku Shinka shita Full Dive RPG ga Genjitsu yori mo Kusoge Dattara)

Yousuke Hatta (Boogiepop wa Warawanai (2019) assistant director) is helming the series at Wit Studio, and Taku Kishimoto (Yuukoku no Moriarty) is in charge of the series composition. Atsuko Nozaki (Tokyo Magnitude 8.0) is designing the characters, and MAYUKO (Hataraku Saibou (TV)) is composing the music.

Tooka began drawing the fantasy adventure manga on the Manga Hack website in May 2017. Kadokawa shipped the tenth volume on April 12.

that simple character design (heck even be called old school 80s or 70s anime look) is really animation friendly just look at the amount of sakuga it has, i hope this is action pack so we may get another Mob Psycho 100 anime tier battle sakuga again

but i will probably skip watching this one
