Winter 2021 anime which were licensed before the quarter began will also be carried over for convenience. Please note that the anime licenses are for home video release; simulcast acquisitions for Winter 2021 can be found here. Digital releases are noted with an asterisk (*).

Yamishibai 8 and SK8 the Infinity are licensed by Muse Communication, LBX girls is licensed by Medialink.

Medialink holds the license to Horimiya. I haven't seen an official annoucement about it but I contacted them via Facebook Messenger.
Muse Communication also has licensed EX-ARM, Mushoku Tensei and Scar On The Praeter.
