Medialink holds the license to Horimiya. I haven't seen an official annoucement about it but I contacted them via Facebook Messenger.

Muse Communication also has licensed EX-ARM, Mushoku Tensei and Scar On The Praeter.

Sorry if it sounds misleading. I mean Medialink still holds home video licenses to other series in Southeast Asia, it's just that they only have HK/TW/MO rights for The Promised Neverland.

Personally, I think it's better to use "Muse Communication" as Muse Asia is their YouTube channel name.

Muse Communication licenses:

Medialink licenses:
All titles on Ani-One YouTube channel and DR. STONE: Stone Wars

Horimiya is likely licensed by Medialink too because Ani-Gal Facebook page posted about it, but better wait for the official announcement.
