Multimedia Franchise 'Project Scard' Announces Anime Adaptation

The official website of Frontier Works' multimedia franchise Project Scard announced on Sunday that it will receive a television anime adaptation titled Project Scard: Praeter no Kizu (Project Scard: Scar on the Praeter), revealing the cast, staff, key visual (pictured), and a promotional video. The anime will premiere on MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS' Animeism programming block in January 2021.

Synopsis
Project Scard depicts the encounters and battles of those who have tattoos which possess the sealed powers of divine beasts and gods. The story is set in the Akatsuki Special Zone, a lawless zone in Tokyo.

"Helios" are those who use the ability of the tattoos to protect the city, "Artemis" are committed to maintain security and control, whilst having a strong commercial motive, and the "Public Security Special Service" are Scard Staff of the metropolitan police department. They live through the turbulent days to keep on going.

Yui Kuroe will begin serializing a manga based on the franchise titled Project Scard: Kemono-tachi no Seigi in Shounen Magazine Edge on September 17.

Frontier Works began the Project Scard franchise in November 2019 and produced drama CDs, character songs, and voice actors livestream programs.

Who even watches these type of things. The strange 3D backgrounds and the hyper-feminized males with no other chars present gives off a reviling 1990s SK PC game aesthetic.

Very exciting to see a Project Scard anime happening this soon and comedy comments by salty males ofc. I've been interested since this is a GoHands project where characters actually look much better (no babyfaces, everyone looks their age and pretty/sexy). I hope it will be the next great K.

This is top tier skippable anime, actually all anime with only one gendered characters are skippable especially the male ones.

Gives more K vibes, glad it's not like Handshakers.
Also I feel like their character design keeps getting shittier as GoHands announces new projects, they can't keep up K's quality.
